The apartment is a converted carriage house for the Queen Ann Victorian house locate on the property. The apartment entrance is locate up a flight of stairs next to the deck. It consists of two floors. The upstairs has the full kitchen and living room. The living room has a large comfy sectional sofa that can double as a bed. The downstairs has the large bedroom with king bed, walk in closet and bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, sink, toilet and stacked washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided.
